2025 promises to be even bigger and better!

Registration: 4pm

Games commence: 4.30pm

Time to head home: 8pm

Teams of 8: £350

Individual entries / those without a full team: £50 per person

We will be sharing more information nearer the time, but on the day we will have a registration tent on the field where you can collect everything you need when you arrive.

We will be holding a series of races - think egg and spoon, wheelbarrow, and running - that everyone can get involved in, as well as a mini rounders competition throughout the afternoon.  

This is absolutely not about being the best sportsperson, but about having fun and we encourage everyone to join in!

Derby Rugby Club will once again be putting on a BBQ for us and there will be food and a drink provided for all as part of your ticket price. 

For anyone wanting more, additional food and drink can be purchased from Derby Rugby Club directly.  This is not linked to the event in any way.

We'll be keeping our fingers crossed that the sun shines down on us, but should the weather not be favourable on the day then we have a range of different activities that we can complete indoors. 

If we do need to raincheck, then we will give as much notice as possible and hope that you understand that some things are out of our control!
